Return Policy
We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our priority. "Contact Us" to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return or exchange and the reason for your return or exchange.
Our Return & Exchange Policy is as follows:
- We accept returns or exchanges of domestic orders within 21 days of the date the order was shipped.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- For the returned or exchange item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have inspected your returned item(s).
- Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
- Select accessories approved to be returned will be EXCHANGED ONLY.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a return slip to be placed on your return package.
- Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send it to the address that our customer service provided.
- Returns will be subject to a $6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be at the shippers’ expense.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by our boutique team.
- Please ensure you insured your package when returning. This will allow for a refund or exchange item to be cover in the event of a lost or damaged package.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
- If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
- Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
