Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We know you cannot wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchased. We are just as excited as you are. We try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible. In rare cases, due to high volume orders, orders can take up to 48 business hours of processing before It ships.

SHIPPING RATES and ESTIMATES

  • For US customers we offer free standard shipping on all orders over US$75. Standard shipping can take 7-10 business days after the order has shipped. If your order is under US$75.00 your shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process.
  • For Canadian customers, we offer free standard shipping on orders over US$100. Standard shipping can take 10-15 business days after the order has shipped. If your order is under US$100.00 your shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process.
  • Besides standard shipping, we offer the following shipping options: 2 Day Shipping and Express Shipping at an additional rate paid by the customer. The rate will be calculated during the checkout process.
  • Please note, Mon Amie Cherry is not responsible for any delays caused by Express shipping, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick.

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • At this time we are currently not shipping to any other countries. Please sign to our newsletter to be informed once we add more countries to our shipping list.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15-20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@MonAmieCherry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Please note some carriers DO NOT ship to PO Box.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE(S)

If you believe that your package(s) was lost or stolen, read the disclaimer below. We urged you to contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number to get more details on your package(s).

Disclaimer

  • Items are shipped via different couriers depending on the destination country.
  • The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipment once a package departs our warehouse.
  • If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, since we work with very reliable shipping carriers, delays or lost package(s) are extremely rare.
  • If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
  • Cancellation policy reminder - Your order will be handled and set to ship very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore you are given a 3-HOURS window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase. This applies to ALL orders with NO EXCEPTIONS
